Sustainability

A sustainable work ethic to us means much more than just processing the right base materials. From the fabrics we source to the way we make our products, we’re working to minimize the negative impact the fashion industry has on our planet. SIMONE WILD is focusing on two main fabrics only- this enables us to keep supply chains transparent and to value people involved at every stage of the production process.

Each of our products is produced in a small factory in Germany which employs seamstresses who have lost their jobs in textile industry due to tailoring outsourcing into other countries. We solely work with European suppliers who can ensure us highest quality and an environmentally friendly production. Each fabric is certified according to the Öko-Tex Standard 100 and all dying processes and chemicals used are without heavy metal dyes or toxic elements that are still commonly used by many producers outside of Europe. SIMONE WILD believes in cooperating with local suppliers- this helps us to reduce time, cost and carbon footprint.
