Refund Policy

We always hope you love your products, incase you don't, we require communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding any return request. We will process the correspondent refund/store credit as soon as we receive the returned items and they are assessed by our warehouse.

If however, you wish to return or exchange your purchase from simonewild.com please note the following:

We allows the return of full priced goods within 14 days from the day you bought it on simonewild.com. All Returns must be registered by email at hello@simonewild.com.

The cost of the returning fee are the following:

Germany: 5,00 €
Europe and Switzerland: 15,00 €
Worldwide: 30,00 €

The same returns policy applies to items purchased with a discount code, Outlet or Seasonal Promotions. Instead of full price items price reduced goods can be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14days but not refunded by cash back.

Exchanges or credit for full priced goods can be made within 14 days of the day it was bought from simonewild.com. Ensure that the item being returned is in an unworn, unwashed condition without stains and all tags and labels attached.

PLEASE NOTE: On behalf of hygienic aspects - we can not accept returns on Briefs, Slips and Pantys!
